We're looking for a strategic and collaborative professional to lead our policy and industry engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving meaningful change across the sector.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse policy, regulatory, and legislative developments across all levels of government, providing timely insights to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders, supporting senior leaders in building relationships with government, regulators, and industry bodies, and representing Adbri in key forums.
- Develop advocacy materials, including position papers and submissions, aligned with Adbri's strategic priorities.
- Collaborate internally with operations, strategy, sustainability, legal, and communications teams to ensure policy alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Report and communicate effectively through briefings, presentations, and tracking stakeholder engagement outcomes.
