Overview:

The role of a Field Supervisor is a senior position within the business. You are primarily responsible for assisting the Patio Supervisor and General Manager with the operational side of the patio business.

Essential Criteria:

Valid drivers licence, forklift licence, ability to drive a long trailer, previous patio building or roofing experience preferred, computer literate, good communication skills and physically fit.

Job Description:

  • Help the patio supervisor oversee each installation team and ensure they are producing work efficiently safely and in line with quality control policies.

  • Inspect completed jobs and check compliance with quality control.

  • Assist with site measures and ordering.

  • Attend call backs, warranty claims and assist in resolving each problem in accordance with company policy. Eg; leak detection, touch ups, etc.

  • Assist teams from time to time with finishing their respective jobs.

  • Enforce safe working practises on each job site. Ref SWMS.

  • Assist with installing small projects such as blinds and smaller patios.

  • Goods receivable duties - unload deliveries with a forklift. Perform quality control checks and identify missing material before storing in warehouse.

  • Deliver materials to site and assist with setting teams up at commencement of each project.

  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse at all times.

  • Monitor the levels of consumables and ensure stock does not run out.
