About You:
- You have a strong employment background with experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- You ideally have some expertise in advising on payroll remediation projects in a corporate environment, ensuring compliance with all legislation governing wage payments
- This experience may include designing and/or implementing a payroll remediation program that is comprehensive, transparent and legally compliant
- You have the ability to influence and simplify complex information in this area, communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- You have experience managing complex employment law matters in large organisations
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
