About the Role

  • Operate modern heavy vehicle catering trucks in a secure airside environment
  • Deliver to domestic and international flights, supporting world-class airlines
  • Apply your biosecurity knowledge to keep operations safe and compliant
  • Enjoy a mix of driving and hands-on work, moving catering carts and equipment
  • Work to tight schedules – just like in port logistics, but with aircraft instead of ships
  • Interact with airline crew as one of the visible faces of Foodfolk Australia, representing our professionalism every day

What You Bring

  • HR or MR truck license with proven heavy vehicle experience
  • Understanding of biosecurity processes (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong safety focus and ability to work to precise schedules
  • Team spirit and a professional approach – ready to represent Foodfolk to airline crew and colleagues

You will be required to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) after training, this includes a full federal background check. The recruitment process also includes a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM). This role is labor-intensive, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the day and lift/move heavy items kg).
