CENTRE MANAGER – WAROONA COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE

Hours: 18 hours per week (3 days x 6 hours)
Start Date: Immediate
The Waroona Community Resource Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our team and support the strategic direction of our organisation in the position of Centre Manager.
You will become part of a supportive and dedicated team in a busy and engaging environment.
Key Requirements:
• Proven management experience in a medium to large business or organisation
• Strong background in finance and staff supervision
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and working with multiple government agencies
• Advanced skills in developing budgets, business plans, and organisational policies
• High-level written communication skills, particularly in grant writing and reporting
• A solid understanding of not-for-profit and charitable organisations, including compliance with government reporting requirements
• Experience preparing monthly reports for a Board of Management
