The Role:

You will work alongside Diana, a experienced florist with more than 20 years of industry experience, to create stunning floral arrangements and enhance the beauty of every occasion. This role requires a proactive sales attitude to not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and arrange floral displays that captivate and delight our customers.

• Assist customers in selecting flowers, containers, ribbons, and other accessories.

• Manage inventory and ensure the shop is abundantly filled with fresh flowers.

• Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.

• Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in floristry, with a minimum of two years in the industry.

• Strong sales skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.

• A creative eye for design and attention to detail.

• Excellent team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
