Job Purpose
Coordinate and administer the Property Divestment activities in relation to divestments for CRN land and premises.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate within a small team to support the delivery of land divestment and disposal programs.
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of property divestments in line with strategic objectives.
Prepare and review documentation, including divestment briefs, briefing notes, contracts, and applications required for disposal activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and align on divestment activities and strategies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of disposal strategies that optimize property outcomes and align with contractual goals.
Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements related to divestment activities, including responding to ad hoc requests.
Liaise with the facilities team to coordinate and report on asset-related issues affecting divestment outcomes, as required.
Access and maintain systems and databases to analyze data, track progress, and generate reports that support effective management of divestment activities.
Ensure all divestment activities are conducted in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
2+ years' experience working in divestments, property development, property transactions, and/or planning experience with Local Councils, NSW planning authorities and approval/planning gateways. Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a development assessment or urban planning context.
Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
