This roster is 5:2/4:3 and a 10 hours day.

DIDO arrangements are possible, but residential presence in the local community is required during rostered periods.

About the role
 
As Superintendent – Processing Operations, you will lead the day-to-day performance of Cowal's processing facilities, including the main plant, contract crushing team, and paste plant operations. Reporting to the Processing Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring safety, cost, and production targets are consistently met while maintaining compliance with Evolution's high standards in environmental and operational excellence.
 
What makes this role unique is its scope and influence—overseeing multiple facilities, managing contractor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across a complex processing environment. You'll be responsible for:
 

• Leading a team of six direct reports, including four Shift Supervisors, a Day Services Supervisor, and an Isolations Officer
  
• Managing contractor performance across the crushing and paste plant operations
  
• Driving operational efficiency, safety, and cost control across all processing activities
  

 
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic oversight with operational execution, offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of Evolution's flagship sites.

About you
 
You are an experienced operational leader with a strong background in mineral processing and a proven ability to manage people, risk, and performance in a dynamic environment. You bring at least five years of supervisory experience in processing operations and are confident working across departments to deliver results. While a background in gold is advantageous, it's your leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills that set you apart.
