We are seeking an experienced
Document Controller
for BESS Project in Mudgee.

About the Role

  • Maintain the Document Control System for the overall project
  • Manage the document control function and ensure compliance across the project
  • Implement a document control register and procedures
  • Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures and instructions
  • Implement and record document flow between parties
  • Issue and track location of all documents and drawings
  • Manage archiving of project data
  • Actively participate in and drive a culture of collaboration, discipline, innovation, adaptability to change and care
  • Ensure safety and sustainability are always front of mind
  • Lead by example by promoting a positive work health and safety culture
  • Promote a positive work health and safety culture

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or other relevant
  • Proven experience up to 5 years required in Engineering or Design environment
  • Time management
  • Knowledge of relevant software
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Pack
  • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player
