About your role:
Responsible for the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the nursing and midwifery workforce within the CHHHS.
Lead nursing and midwifery workforce development across the CHHHS to ensure safe, effective and contemporary care is delivered to clients and their families.
Provide expert leadership and management to build and maintain a high functioning, high performing team through positive role-modelling behaviours and attitudes, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including consultation, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Effectively manage designated cost centre/s through contributing to budget planning, development, monitoring and analysis to ensure optimisation of resources according to the agreed service profiles and performance targets.
