We are looking for a caring and reliable support worker ( female) to join our team and support a participant living in Glenroy . Shifts are currently around 8/10 hours per day, with the potential for ongoing, regular work.

This role is about more than just providing assistance — it's about building trust, offering companionship, and helping someone enjoy a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.

Day-to-day, you'll be supporting with things like:

  • Personal care and daily living assistance
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Light household tasks
  • Community access and engagement

Every day is different, and your support can make a real difference.

You must have, at a minimum:

  • Experience working in disability support, SIL, or aged care
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if required)
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred
  • Kind, patient, and respectful attitude

Additional requirements:

  • Maintain registrations and qualifications at all times
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation
  • National Police Check
  • Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access
  • Must agree and sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participants' information at all times

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
