Global Resource Support is a privately owned, Perth-based company with a proven 17-year track record of successful project delivery across Australia.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative All-Rounder to support our growing team. This is a Perth-based position with occasional FIFO travel to site, offering variety, career growth, and the opportunity to contribute to major resource projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management team
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate screening, reference checks, and onboarding
- Oversee and mentor other administrators, managing workloads and priorities
- Prepare and maintain professional documentation including tenders, project submissions, registers, and reporting packs
- Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to daily emails in a timely, professional manner
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations
- Monitor and update administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets company and client standards
- Provide on-site administrative support during key phases (mobilisations, shutdowns, etc.) as required
- Assistance with recruitment, as required
- Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, Payroll and general bookkeeping using Reckon Accounts
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in administration, with proven recruitment experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Aconex, MS Project, or similar project tools is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident phone manner
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with high attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to support others
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with flexibility around work hours and the ability to work overtime when needed
- Willingness to travel to site (FIFO) for short durations, if required
- Document Control experience highly regarded
