Office Allrounder

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Allrounder to join our dynamic team at Supafit Seat Covers Pty Ltd in our Perth, WA 6106 office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting with the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and other resources
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar office administration or client/ support role that includes Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable within the Business environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of office administration or client/sales support experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex functions is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis tools is essential for this position.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
