About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Review information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain organised records and ensure data integrity
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
- Perform routine data audits and generate basic reports when needed
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document sorting, and digital data management
- Assist team members with data-related inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is an advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
- Eligible to work in Australia
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or database tools
- Ability to generate simple reports or summaries
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
