What You'll Be Doing

Tax Compliance & Advisory

• Prepare and review tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Assist in the preparation of FBT, BAS, and tax effect accounting.
• Contribute to tax planning and advisory work, helping clients navigate complex issues and maximise outcomes.
• Liaise with the ATO and regulators, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Professional Development & Support

• Work alongside senior accountants and managers, learning best practice approaches to tax compliance and advisory.
• Receive mentoring, structured training, and support to complete your CA/CPA program.
• Stay up to date with tax law changes and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client work.

Is This You?

• You are ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to build a rewarding career in tax. You enjoy problem solving, thrive on variety, and are ready to learn from the best.
• 2–4 years' experience in tax compliance and advisory, ideally within a professional services firm.
• Progressing toward CA/CPA qualification (or recently completed).
• Solid understanding of tax effect accounting and compliance fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or APS
