DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value Manage complete tax compliance for diverse clients Initiate client communication to foster strong relationships Analyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparation Create financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goals Identify avenues for enhancing client business growth EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED2-3 years in professional practice as an Accountant Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance Skilled in managing client portfolios Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career Passionate about supporting clients in business growth This job is Ideal for residents of Gold Coast, South Brisbane and Logan City THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEJoin a dynamic organisation with a vibrant culture Participate in regular in office hours team-building and social activities Enjoy role autonomy with varied responsibilities Play a key role in company growth Please note: This job is based in Australia therefore, only candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered.
