We're looking for a proactive, caring, and detail-oriented Mother's Helper to support a lovely family in Woollahra, Monday to Friday (full-time). This role blends household management with nurturing care for two beautiful children – aged 4 and 8 months.

What you'll do

  • Prepare wholesome, organic family meals (recipes provided) – with a passion for creating healthy, nourishing food and showing initiative in meal planning and preparation
  • Keep the home running smoothly – tidying, bed making, laundry, ironing
  • Take initiative with household needs, including occasional shopping for fresh ingredients and supplies
  • School/activity pick-ups as needed
  • Care for the children when Mum isn't available

We're looking for someone who

  • Is proactive and shows initiative in creating a calm, well-run home and kitchen
  • Is calm, gentle, and takes extra care in every task

  • Understands and respects the family dynamic
  • Embraces aware parenting & holistic approaches to child development
  • Has childcare & household support experience
  • (Bonus) Holds a driver's licence

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Warm, compassionate, and adaptable approach to caregiving.

Location: Woollahra, Sydney

Commitment: Ideally 2 years

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
