Redpath Partners are exclusively partnering with iCOST, to appoint a Director of Infrastructure.

iCOST are a leading Commercial Cost Consultancy operating in the construction and development space, the business has evolved into a dynamic and forward-thinking practice with a strong presence across Australia's Eastern Seaboard. Agile and multi-faceted, it delivers a full suite of commercial services, including quantity surveying, cost planning, claims and adjudication support, defect cost rectification reporting, contract administration, margin improvement consultancy, project health checks, commercial audits, and procurement services. With this breadth of expertise, the consultancy partners with clients to drive value, reduce risk, and ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role for a well-known industry figure with a strong profile in infrastructure and renewables, proven commercial expertise, and a track record of winning major projects.

The Role

  • Lead iCOST's infrastructure division, driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Win work and strengthen market presence through your established industry network.
  • Deliver profitable outcomes on major infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
  • Provide expert commercial leadership across cost, contracts, and risk.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of talented professionals.

The Person

  • Respected leader with a strong profile in infrastructure and/or renewables.
  • Proven success in securing and delivering work with Tier 1and 2 contractors.
  • Recognised expert in commercial management, contracts, and cost.
  • Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder engagement at every level.
  • Ambitious and driven to grow a division and shape a team.
