The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our business and patient base. This is a key leadership role focused on building partnerships, enhancing brand presence, and identifying new opportunities for business expansion.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and grow clinic revenue
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Lead marketing initiatives and community outreach programs to raise awareness of Smile Circle
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new services or offerings
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic leadership team to align growth strategies with operational goals
