We're Hiring: Store Manager – Pappa Flock

Pappa Flock is one of Australia's fastest-growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands, specialising in our famous chicken tenders and unforgettable customer experience. With multiple new stores opening and strong growth ahead, we're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead one of our restaurants to success.

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store – inspiring your team, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a craving to come back).

What you'll do:


• Lead, train and motivate a high-performing team


• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences every shift


• Manage day-to-day operations including stock, rostering, and compliance


• Ensure brand standards and operational excellence are achieved consistently


• Create a positive, fun, and professional work culture

What we're looking for:


• Previous management experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams


• Passion for customer service and building community around food
