NDIS Clinical Support Lead

About The Role
The clinical lead for NDIS and EIPSR support works across the division to build capacity within the clinical workforce to ensure all eligible consumers have been referred for psychosocial support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinicians through the development of high-quality applications for NDIS support packages
- Develop and disseminate suitable educational resources to support clinicians to independently draft and submit NDIS applications
- Maintain a data set of information pertaining to referrals, support requests and consultations
- Work closely with providers, clinicians and senior staff to problem solve difficulties in consumer uptake and access
About You
- You must be self-driven and keen to develop relationships both within the hospital and with our external stakeholders
- You must have knowledge of the NDIS and be up to date with current funding guidelines
- You must have experience working in tertiary mental health services
- You must lead with kindness, be open to learning and participate in transparent communication
