Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about supporting quality early childhood education?

Busy Bees at Woolloongabba is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Centre Administrator to join our vibrant team. This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our centre and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for families and staff.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing reception and front desk duties

  • Handling enrolments, waitlists, and family enquiries

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records aligned with NQF requirements

  • Supporting the Centre Director with tasks such as rostering, compliance records, and reporting

  • Liaising with families and team members to support smooth daily operations

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • A friendly, professional, and approachable communication style

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with childcare management systems (preferred)

  • Excellent time management and task prioritisation

  • Previous experience in childcare administration or similar (highly regarded)

  • A valid Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

  • An understanding of confidentiality and professional standards in early learning environments
