We're a well-established, 58-place, community-minded service located in Dulwich Hill / Hurlstone Park and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team, nurture our culture and champion high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience in a Centre Director or Assistant Director role
  • A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication and organisational skills
  • A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and current best practices
  • The ability to inspire, mentor and lead a team toward shared goals
  • A focus on building strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving occupancy and service reputation

You'll Also Need:

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Child Protection (Identify & Respond to Children at Risk) training
  • Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • Australian Working Rights
