Your Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Completions Engineer to join a landmark billion-dollar gold project working a 2:1 roster and playing a pivotal role in bringing a world-class project to completion. You'll be at the forefront of managing close-out schedules, compiling critical handover documentation, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met—all while delivering a defect-free, on-budget project that meets contractual requirements.

Working closely with expert teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth client handover you will strong focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project Completion:

Manage the completion and close-out schedule, ensuring all works are completed within contractual timeframes.
- Documentation:

Compile and manage handover documentation progressively, ensuring timely completion within contractual requirements.
- Quality Assurance:

Ensure all works are defect-free and meet the required quality standards.
- Client Handover:

Facilitate the successful handover of the completed project to the client.
- Collaboration:

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of the project.
- Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project completion.
- Budget Management:

Monitor and manage project completion costs, ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to project reviews and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement in future projects.

What You 'Can Do'

• Experience

: Proven experience in completions management, within the mineral processing construction projects: gold project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge

: Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control procedures, and handover documentation.
- Skills

: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
