The Role

We're seeking reliable and energetic team members to help pick and pack online and wholesale orders from our warehouse. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team helping customers and retail partners to receive their MooGoo products quickly and correctly.

This is a CASUAL position – Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pm

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets
  • Ensure accurate picking of stock
  • Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport
  • Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information
  • Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in place to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stock take
  • Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadline
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid forklift license and experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous warehouse or packing experience is a preferred but not essential
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual
