Location: Hope Island

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the house.
  • Open the house periodically to ensure good ventilation.
  • Operate air conditioning and other appliances as needed to maintain the property.
  • Oversee basic garden maintenance, including trimming and tidying.
  • Prepare the house before the owner's arrival and maintain it during their stay.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs required.
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g. gardeners, cleaners, repairmen) when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a housekeeper, caretaker, or property attendant preferred.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Basic English communication skills. Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
  • Local Driving License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 – $7,000.00 per month
