Woodham Petroleum Services is a family-owned, independent fuel distributor with operations established throughout QLD and NSW. To support the continued growth of our business we are seeking a Depot Coordinator to provide administrative support to our operations across north-western QLD. Key responsibilities include coordinating customer fuel deliveries, managing driver operations, overseeing fleet maintenance works are undertaken, and administration for safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer fuel deliveries and maintain records.
  • Manage driver operations, including onboarding, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, including scheduling and cost management.
  • Occasional regional travel and out-of-hours work may be required.
  • Preparation of administrative tasks associated with safety & compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance procedures and safety/compliance requirements advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally required

Working Hours and Reporting Structure:

This position will be located at the Townsville Depot (Brookhill).

Occasional out-of-hours work may be required based on operational needs.

Regional travel will be necessary to various depots and offices within Queensland.
