Our client is a leading Private Capital and Real Asset Alternatives Manager with a strong track record of delivering innovative investment solutions and sustainable long-term value for our investors. With a growing portfolio across infrastructure, real assets, and impact-driven strategies, we are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to shape and execute our client's brand, communications, and market engagement strategy.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this newly created position offers the scope to lead marketing and brand strategy at a pivotal stage of the business's growth. You will be responsible for elevating our client's profile with institutional, wholesale, and retail investors, positioning them as a market leader in private capital and real asset investing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing, brand, and communications strategy aligned to the firm's strategic objectives
  • Partner with Investment, Distribution, and Executive teams to deliver targeted campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders
  • Lead media, PR, and investor communications, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels
  • Oversee brand positioning, digital presence, thought leadership, and events
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver best-in-class creative and campaign outcomes

About You

  • 15+ years' experience in financial services marketing, ideally across Investment Banking, Investment Management, and/or Asset Management
  • Proven experience in a listed company environment, with an understanding of ASX disclosure obligations, market communications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to operate at executive and board level
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, content strategy, and investor-focused communications
