Country Club Living is seeking a full-time, reliable and experienced gardener to join our team at Bendigo Domain Country Club - a secure, resort-style retirement community.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take pride in maintaining our gardens to the highest standard, contributing to the peaceful and welcoming environment our residents enjoy every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full-spectrum gardening: planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, trimming, and monitoring plant health
  • Landscaping and garden maintenance across the village grounds
  • Minor maintenance tasks and outdoor cleaning (paths, tiles, etc.)
  • Supporting the Village Manager as needed
  • Respecting residents' privacy and maintaining a professional, friendly presence
  • Driving the village bus occasionally (no special licence required)
  • Adhering to OH&S procedures and maintaining high presentation standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven gardening experience (horticulture training a plus, but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • A valid driver's licence is required
  • Police check (required before starting)
