We're looking for a skilled and safety-focused Industrial/Commercial Electrician to perform electrical maintenance, installations, and fault finding on automated doors / roller shutters /automated gates in the Sunshine Coast area.

This position will mainly involve diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in industrial/commercial automatic doors, motors and control panels in the products we support.

To contribute to the ongoing success of maintaining our renowned reputation for our products, we offer a 24/7 service to our customers. As a result of this commitment to our customers, there will be a requirement for you to be on an after-hours roster on a rotational basis - receiving a competitive on-call allowance.

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

  • Must hold a valid Australian driver's license with a clear driving record
  • Unrestricted Electrical License (essential)
  • Experienced in Three-phase electrical work (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving /fault finding skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Scissor lift certification (or willing to obtain)
  • LF forklift license (advantageous, but not essential)

Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, is required.
