Are you an Occupational Therapist seeking flexibility, professional autonomy, and diverse caseloads? We're looking for an experienced clinician to join our multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor.

Who We Are

The Mind & Behaviour Clinic is a multidisciplinary practice in Bankstown (NSW) with a strong network of allied health professionals. We work with clients across the lifespan, supporting social, developmental, psychological, and behavioural needs from a strengths-based perspective. Services are delivered in-clinic, in homes, schools, and the wider community.

Our collaborative team includes occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, and behavioural specialists working together for the best client outcomes.

About the Role

As a contractor OT, you will:

  • Provide evidence-based, client-focused interventions in a variety of settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
  • Prepare professional reports and strategies to support client goals
  • Operate independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment

We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' post-graduation clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently
  • Current Working With Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid/CPR certification
  • Access to your own insured vehicle and valid driver's licence (for community visits)
