We are a financial services firm providing outsourced CFO, company secretarial, transaction advisory, IPO-ready, accounting and taxation services to the Healthcare sector. Our clients include start-ups, spin-outs from research institutes
and universities, venture capital investee companies, foreign wholly owned subsidiaries (including NASDAQ and TSX listed companies), ASX listed companies, private companies and not-for-profits.

Position Objective
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of a growing business. We provide a supportive environment, encourage learning and development and value the importance of team culture and morale.
Working alongside our team of accountants, you will assist in end-to end financial accounting and advisory services on a number of client engagements including ASX listed companies. You will gain exposure to a range of accounting areas and all financial aspects of the organisation, including involvement in exciting client projects such as IPOs, capital raises, R&D tax consulting, Employee Share Schemes and business structuring. This role will report to an Assistant Manager, with the opportunity to work with a number of team members across the business on different client engagements.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reporting to ASX and ASIC including half-year and annual report;
- Assist with month end-reporting (including preparation of board papers);
- Opportunity to be part of client projects (including IPOs, ESS, R&D, capital raises);
- Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance (including Income Tax and FBT);
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting;
Qualifications / Experience / Skills Required / Personal Attributes:
Essential
- Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or Taxation law;
- Highly motivated and able to work both individually and as part of the wider team;
- Excellent attention to detail; and
- Willingness to learn and embrace the healthcare industry.
Desirable
- 1-2 years' experience in internal finance, audit or management accountant role; and
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
