About us

We are a local beach-side cleaning business servicing clients across the Southern Gold Coast. Our mission is to provide exceptional cleaning services while prioritising lifestyle flexibility and an enjoyable work environment. We offer flexible shifts to suit your schedule and foster a supportive, positive workplace for our team. We are currently seeking a reliable casual cleaner to help us service our Palm Beach clients.

Current available shifts (4 hrs/week):

  • Tuesday 6.30pm–8.30pm: $36.19/hr + super
  • Friday 6.30pm–8.30pm: $36.19/hr + super
  • Strong potential for additional shifts if desired

Pay & Conditions

  • All work is paid under the Cleaning Services Award 2020 (MA
  • Base pay: $32.31/hr + plus 12% superannuation
  • Afternoon pay: $36.19/hr + plus 12% superannuation
  • Saturday pay: $45.24/hr + plus 12% superannuation
  • Sunday pay: $58.16/hr + plus 12% superannuation
  • Public holiday pay: $71.09/hr + plus 12% superannuation

The Role

  • Autonomous work with guidance when needed
  • Duties: vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, rubbish removal, and restocking
  • PPE, training, and cleaning equipment supplied

The Applicant

  • Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Referees available on request
  • Comfortable with manual tasks and cleaning chemicals
  • Able to follow instructions and safety procedures

Pay: $32.31 – $71.09 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
