Job Description:The CompanyThe RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including advertising, content creation, and social media initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standard
  • Track and analyse campaign data, preparing reports to measure effectiveness and align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and messaging.
  • Monitor current trends in the agriculture industry to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality execution of projects.
  • Support the organization of trade shows, conferences, and events, including marketing setup, collateral distribution, and on-site coordination.
About youQualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role; experience in the agriculture industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software including CRM platforms and social media management applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
