What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain accurate patient and staff lists.
  • Compile and report nightly operational statistics.
  • Monitor rosters and flag any urgent coverage gaps.
  • Lead with flexibility—pivot and reprioritise as the shift demands.

  • Experience in a medical admin or shift coordination role.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly.
