The Role
- Support the end-to-end management of residential strata schemes
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with reliable local trades
- Assist with the preparation and attendance of owner and committee meetings
- Maintain accurate records including levies, budgets, correspondence and financials
- Deliver friendly, solutions-focused support to owners, residents and committees
- Build knowledge in long-term maintenance planning and asset management
The Person
- Previous strata experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strata Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional, organised and committed to long-term career growth
