At Secret Gardens, we design, build, and maintain some of Sydney's most stunning gardens. With over 50 talented team members and more than 30 years in the industry, we are leaders in high-end residential landscaping.

We are expanding our Construction Team and are looking for skilled tradespeople — you might be a stonemason, structural landscaper, or have a strong construction background. If you're passionate about quality workmanship and want to work on unique, high-end projects, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing: You'll work across a broad range of construction tasks, including:

  • Stonework, paving, bricklaying, tiling, fencing, decking, concreting
  • Retaining walls, water features, outdoor structures
  • Planting and garden installation

Every project is different — you'll never be stuck doing the same thing twice.

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate in construction/building or equivalent trade qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in the construction industry or structural landscaping
  • Skilled stonemasons are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Positive attitude, honesty, and passion for great workmanship
  • Ability to deliver high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
  • Current driver's licence and own transport
  • Australian permanent residents only
