Synergie Australia is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Welder to join our client's team based in Wetherill Park. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity with full-time hours and the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate + penalties
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
  • MIG/TIG/Arc welding of metal components and frames
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Fabrication and assembly of structural components
  • Quality checks and adherence to safety standards
  • General workshop duties and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
