We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader interested in a Deli/ Retail ready Meat Supervisor role in our Middlemount store.

You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be required to work a rotational roster which may include weekends and public holidays.

Experience:

  • Experience working in a Fresh department
  • Ability to drive sales ,achieve budgets and exceed targets
  • Knowledge and experience with WH&S and safety requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service skills

Preferred

  • Delicatessen, hot food or fresh food experience strongly preferred
  • Retail industry experience
