About the role

As the Manager at Jetts Victoria Park, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of this thriving fitness centre. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organisation within the sport and recreation industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of gym operations, including staffing, member experience, facility management, and financial performance
  • Providing exceptional leadership and coaching to motivate and develop the gym team
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive member retention and growth
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the gym
  • Collaborating with the wider Jetts Fitness team to contribute to brand development and innovation
  • Analysing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a gym management or membership sales consultant role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and the team
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting healthy, active lifestyles
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Fitness, or equivalent
