Job Title: Service Adviser / Office Support / Logistics Assistant

We are on the lookout for an Service Adviser / Office Support / Logistics Operations Assistant to help keep our office organised and efficient.

The Role:
As our Service Adviser / Office Support / Logistics Assistant, you'll be a key player in making sure daily office activities run without a hitch. From managing weekly work schedules, receiving & dispatching freight to supporting the team with admin tasks, you'll be the friendly face and reliable helper our office depends on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess service needs through active listening and questioning.

  • Assist with scheduling and dispatch of technicians based on priority, location, and availability.

  • Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and service managers.

  • Coordinate spare parts, tools, and documentation for service jobs

  • Answer phone calls and manage email inquiries

  • Maintain and monitor job progress through internal systems.

  • Unloading freight with forklift (Forklift licence an advantage)

  • Unpacking daily freight and receipting against orders

  • Packing orders and booking dispatch

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Help with any other office-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic technical knowledge of products or machinery serviced.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks smoothly

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Simpro, AroFlo)

  • Experience with service management software (e.g., Simpro, AroFlo, Salesforce).

  • Excellent customer service orientation.

  • Experience in logistics, scheduling, or service delivery coordination.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
