  • Develop and maintain inclusive, accessible learning resources that cater to a range of learning styles and address barriers to academic success.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning support interventions on student performance, contributing insights and data to inform continuous improvement of student support services.
About you

You will be passionate about supporting student learning and will bring relevant experience with a background using learning analytics, assessment tools and approaches to inform your practice and drive student success. More specifically, you will have:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience in Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Mathematics, Numeracy (secondary teaching), or closely related disciplines, combined with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or professional experience

  • Demonstrate experience in designing and delivering effective learning development programs and unit-embedded academic support resources within a higher education setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and build productive relationships with academic and professional staff
  • A strong student-centred mindset, evidenced by a commitment to enhancing the student experience, improving academic outcomes, and supporting graduate success
