The opportunity

As a locally owned WA business, Heatseal specialises in Double Glazing manufactory and installation servicing Bunbury and the Southwest Region. Due to company growth, we are seeking to recruit Window Installers to join our Installation division.

In this full-time role, you will work in a team and be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality double-glazed windows, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You will be supported by our service team who will coordinate and schedule upcoming Installation jobs in a timely manner.

Whether you're seeking salaried full-time employment or prefer subcontracting – we are open to discussion. Applicants who may be on Visa's or Seeking Sponsorship, we are open to exploring these avenues should you have relevant glazier experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Install double-glazed windows to precise specifications, ensure accurate sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing of all window installations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and address any concerns
  • Effective time management of scheduled installations, collaborating with the wider team to optimise installation processes and workflow
  • Undertake regular maintenance and servicing of tools and equipment

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a window installer / glazier, desirably in double-glazed systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of window installation techniques and best practices
  • A Safety-first mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
  • A valid driver's licence is essential
