  • This position is responsible for assisting the Quality Risk & Compliance Manager in the promotion of Quality across the organisation. You will be working closely with the QRC Manager and the Facility Manager in a manner which reflects best practice in quality management (specific to Aged Care).
  • The Continuous Improvement of quality outcomes for residents, serves as the key driver for this role.

  • The Quality Officer will be assisting the Quality Manager in efficient collection and analysis of, data related to:

  • Incidents (Incident Management)

  • Complaints (Open Disclosure)
  • Audits & Surveys
  • Continuous Improvements
  • Resident Representation
  • Risk (including WHS & Workcover)
  • Resident Participation
  • Feedback with recommendations
