Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and facilitate the administrative onboarding process and induction.
  • Maintain the administrative and support for the apprentice lifecycle and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Update documentation and communicate changes to all parties involved.
  • Partake in quality management documentation changes.
  • Maintain documentation integrity.
  • Maintain process improvement register.
  • Co-ordinate the administration of Work Health and Safety matters and related activities.
  • Upload maintenance records and maintain a register for vehicles, plant, and equipment.
  • Inform relevant stakeholders of workplace changes.
  • Update relevant HSEQ registers and internal/external audit schedules and findings.
  • Partake in relevant audits on specific departments.
  • Complete the monthly report with the relevant department representatives.
  • Communicate process, procedure, and policy changes to LAI Group.
  • Contribute to the delivery of HSEQ projects and programs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Role model for LAI Group Australia's Values and Behaviours.
  • Assist in coordinating HSEQ Meetings.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of legislative and workplace processes and procedures.
  • Email workers their expiring licences.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, not only for yourself, but for others in the working area.
  • Liaise with your relevant department supervisor for any special requirements.
  • Raise, coordinate, and close non-conformances as required.
  • Ensure adherence to all quality criteria.
  • Assist respective department colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude
