Food & Beverage Supervisor - In-Room Dining

Position Summary:
  • Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
  • Ensure the team adequately stock and clean the back of house area at all times
  • Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
  • Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
  • Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
  • Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Oversee that the In Room Dining team complete general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
About You:
  • An up to date RSA
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role
  • Working rights in Australia
