Position: Property Manager Salary:Up to$95,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a sizeable portfolio, starting around 110 properties, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high occupancy rates
- Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns
- Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors and vendors
- Routine, entry, exit inspections with reports to vendors
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the team to achieve organizational objectives
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in property management - salary will depend on experience
- In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive work environment
- A current Real Estate License - Property Management
