The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our administrative team as a Junior Trainee. This entry-level position offers on the job accredited training within a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. As a trainee you will receive support to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration and ongoing opportunities for further study.

Key Responsibilities

  • General reception and office duties (answering calls, greeting visitors, managing emails)
  • Confidential record keeping, data entry and document management
  • Assisting with scheduling, meeting room set up, postal services and day to day office functions and requirements
  • Supporting the coordination team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining office supplies and resources
  • Filing, scanning, and basic record keeping

  • A positive attitude displaying initiative to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No previous experience required
