The Opportunity
Our Allied Health team is growing, and we are seeking Allied Health Assistants to support our 20 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work under the guidance and direction of our supportive allied health professionals in assisting with patient treatments, administrative tasks and the maintenance of department equipment.

Your Skills And Experiences
This role will suit an individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who thrives on working within a team. The ability to communicate effectively with clients / colleagues and a positive, enthusiastic approach to your work will be key to your success in this role.

You will also bring:

  • Recent, relevant experience in a hospital/rehabilitation environment and Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance will be highly desirable
  • Passion and enthusiasm for being part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • A positive and flexible approach to work in a developing service
  • A desire to care and help a wide range of patient groups
  • Provide a quality customer focused service

Requirements

  • Provide or complete aNational Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
