We are looking for Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis, delivering high-quality care to the elderly in their homes to maximise their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accompanying clients during daily activities
- Assisting with mobility and transportation – MUST have comprehensive car insurance.
- Food preparation and shopping- Arranging or accompanying on social activities and outings
- Performing domestic assistance tasks such as cleaning, washing, ironing, folding clothes
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene such as showering, dressing, shaving, doing hair and makeup
- Travelling up to 30 minutes to complete services.
About you:
- Minimum Cert III in Individual Support - Ageing/Disability or extensive experience in a similar role
- Must have your own car & comprehensive insurance.
- First Aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain.
- National Police Check within 12 months or willing to obtain
- Flu & COVID Vaccinations
- Willingness to commit to short client services that can be 1hr-3hrs long, noting that all travel time is paid as a continuation of working hours
- Ability to speak a 2nd language is desirable: Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Italian, Greek, Polish etc.
